Negotiating Salaries

During my consults with screenprinters, I am often asked about employee salaries. I get asked the proverbial, “How much should I be paying my employees?” all the time.

I explain that salaries are relative to the labor market in the area in which the company operates. However, there are many other things than your location and the local labor market that must be factored in. After reading this article you should be able to determine the proper salary for your employees and perhaps substantially decrease your turnover rate.
