We are the only full time training facility in the world. And, we are located in a working screenprint and embroidery shop. We have both manual and automatic equipment for both novice and experienced screenprinters.

Many of our attendees can’t wait to get into the shop and start coating screen after screen. They want to start pushing the squeegee, over and over, until they learn the right way. This never works, as you are doing nothing more than ingraining bad habits, firmly affixing habits, beliefs and attitude into the way in which you work.

Want to learn the best possible way, regardless of your own learning style? When you study any subject, first learn the rules of the process you are attempting to accomplish. You cannot practice that which you do not understand. After you learn the rules and how the process works, then you can proceed to break the rules in order to create a better process. As with anything, it’s the theory AND the practice that make a truly amazing work in any discipline.

We are all about giving you knowledge of theories that are proven industry best practices, that will bring you more productivity and revenue. This is not a workshop where you learn how to just coat a screen and push a squeegee. This is a serious learning experience that teaches you how to perform every step in the printing process, but also why and what is the best practice. You can expect to gain knowledge which you will use at your own shop and with your own equipment to ultimately gain the right experiences.

As an example, if you are a textile printer, you will learn how to print white ink on black substrates with a single print stroke, reducing your production time by as much as 50-percent or more. What is the value of that? If you are printing 50 shirts manually now, you could be printing 100 or more shirts an hour. That doubles your revenue. Just 2.5 hours of printing will pay for the workshop and the profits after that are yours to keep! The extra time can be spent enjoying your lifestyle or producing more revenue – it’s your choice!

Those more experienced printers will learn about ways to increase productivity, quality, and more. We offer a well-rounded educational experience that will allow the existing automatic shop a way to cross-train their employees in order to move them up the production ladder and allow them to contribute to the overall efficiency of the shop.

We believe that sharing knowledge is a noble pursuit that shouldn’t have a price tag stuck on it. Instead, the cost of your ticket to the workshop is to compensate the instructor for their years of acquiring the knowledge to present the workshop, as well as their time, energy, and hard work they put into both preparing and teaching the workshop. The ticket price will also include the cost of materials you’ll be using during class.
