Austin, Texas – The 2012 Schedule for the School of Screenprinting has been published on the School’s website. There will be workshops held monthly throughout 2012 at the Austin location, and the Calendar will be sprinkled with dates for Manalapan, New Jersey; Cuernavaca, Mexico and even an upcoming date for Mumbai, India. Austin, Texas – After an extensive search for new instructors the School of Screenprinting is proud to announce our selection of Alan Johnston of SRI Monogramming and Screenprinting as our newest instructor at our Austin location.

The move came after the growth the School of Screenprinting experienced in 2011. “It became obvious that we needed to bring in an additional instructor to help with providing more hands on lab work” stated Hood, “We experienced far more growth than we anticipated and with the number of more experienced screenprinters desiring to upgrade their knowledge. We knew we needed to add an automatic textile press to the workshop. The addition of Alan presented us with the opportunity to solve all three problems. Alan will be a tremendous asset with his caring demeanor, his knowledge of the process and that he has allowed us to conduct the workshops in his plant, where he has a 10-color RPM automatic.”
