Seeking Production Manager – Austin, TX

We are seeking a highly skilled production manager for an automatic textile shop in a suburb of Austin, Texas. Looking for an experienced and motivated Production Manager seeking to further develop their career.

We are a 10-year old textile printing operation currently with 2 M&R automatics and a desire to grow. We print for local groups, churches and schools as well as clients such as Willie Nelson, Ralph Lauren, Fossil, NFL, NBA and MLB teams.

We are committed to our involvement in our community as members of the Chamber of Commerce, Partners In Education, PTA organizations, and the American Cancer Organizations, as well as supporting and sponsoring local scholarship organizations, school fundraisers, athletics, and fine arts.

Job Responsibilities

• Day to day operations of production
• Scheduling job production
• Keep production operations on schedule.
• Assist production staff as required.

Requirements

• Must have 5 years experience as a production manager in textile printing segment
• Must have extensive experience in screen printing
• Know everything that is involved with printing and management of printing
• MUST possess strong leadership skills
• Be able to motivate workers to get the job done
• Be excited about the industry and love to come to work and be part of a winning team
• Need to be dedicated and energetic
• Need to enjoy the challenge of teaching and training other people to be a better printer
• Experience in training others a huge plus
• Enforce productivity and our high quality standards
• Give advice and share expertise on screen printing techniques and procedures
