It really is that simple! Here’s how it works in a nutshell…

1. You decide to become a Lifetime Member of Screenprint Answers, which includes your first phone call.

2. You click on the Membership product button and pay the $99 USD Lifetime Membership Fee.

3. We send you an email with our Member Hotline Phone Number, which you can call anytime, and our email address.

4. Subsequent phone calls are only $60 (1 hour maximum duration) and can be paid for by clicking on the Member Calls product button.

5. Or if you prefer, you can use email, where you will have access to 20 emails with in-depth answers that will be written and can be saved for future referral. The cost of the first 20 emails are included in the initial Membership Fee. This is sometimes preferred by those outside of the United States to avoid the cost of a phone call. And, your first phone call is included in the Lifetime Membership Fee. That’s one phone call and 20 emails in total.

The price of your lifetime membership at Screenprint Answers is $99 USD and includes your first phone call (1-hour maximum duration) to International Screenprinting Consultant Bill Hood. Or if you prefer your first phone call and 20 indepth emails.

Mr. Hood is a lifelong screenprinter, having been born to a screenprinting father and having grown up in the industry. He started printing signage in the 1940s and then into posters and serigraphs in the 1950s, making the transition to textile in the 1960s. He is the only consultant in the screenprinting industry who actually owns a screenprinting shop, having owned and operated his own companies for many years. In 1980, Hood became a consultant to the screenprinting industry, and has since traveled the world over several times and consulted with over 8,000 screenprinters. He is the author of over 35 books on screenprinting and has written in excess of 1,000 technical articles on screenprinting that have been published in all of the major trade journals, including his own Solutions Journal Magazine that he has published since 1983.

Today, Mr. Hood is the director of the School of Screenprinting, with facilities in Austin, Texas, Manalapan, New Jersey and Cuernavaca, Mexico. He also owns and operates the Screenprint Store online.

You can be sure that if your question can be answered, Mr. Hood is your best bet to get the right answer. He never guesses and if you are somehow able to stump him, he will make every effort to call on his vast network of experts worldwide to find the answer on your behalf.

Our office hours are from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Central Standard Time. However, as we travel extensively throughout the world, we may be in a different time zone.

If you have an emergency your call will be accepted into voice mail at any time of the day or night. There are times when we are with a client, in a meeting or on another phone call, on a plane and indisposed for several hours – sometimes up to a full day if we are traveling internationally. Please leave a message with a phone number where you may be reached as well as an email address. Speak slowly and clearly as we are often on an international phone line that is not as clear as you may expect.

Our World Phone Number that you will receive upon payment of your membership fee will ring through to us no matter where we are. We attempt to return all calls as quickly as possible as we understand the need for immediate answers. We will return all calls within 24 hours no matter what. If you do not hear from us within that time period, you can assume that we did not get your message and that you should call again.

If you prefer to make phone calls versus emails, all future phone calls after the first phone call has been answered are priced at just $60 each (1-hour maximum duration). They must be paid for on the website at Screenprint Answers – http://screenprintanswers.com – prior to placing the call.
