California Garment Printers License

The State of California continues their 10+ year of enforcement of the Department of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE) as it relates to the Garment Manufacturers and Contractors, specially targeting employees, employers, manufacturers, jobbers, wholesalers, contractors, subcontractors, and any other person or entity. While the wording is unclear as to whom this state law covers, the state has been actively targeting screenprinters and embroiders.
