Gaining knowledge of screenprinting from experience?

In the beginning, I realized that many individuals were comfortable doing things a certain way and were unwilling to change even though there might have been a better way, or even a vastly improved way of doing things. I used the knowledge over experience model to convince them to open up their minds and at least consider changing. In this article we discuss knowledge over experience.
