Training Your Employees

Forty-three years ago in the August 1968 issue of Screen Printing Magazine, then editor R. O. Fossett wrote in his “From the Editor’s Notebook” that “Trained people are practically impossible to find, as many who need them will testify.” The article went on to discuss the merits of training teachers. “Singly, plant owners can arrange an orientation and technical program to train the teachers, who, in turn, can take the training into their classrooms. This has been done successfully but on too limited a basis, and in not enough areas.
