Not All Plastisol is Phthalate Free

The phrase “phthalate free” is often used when describing products that are actually low-phthalate. Some plastisol inks do contain the phthalates that have been restricted by the government. An overly zealous or perhaps uneducated salesperson may actually use the term phthalate-free in order to entice a sale. However, some plastisol inks do contain some phthalates.
