This print is from an original painting that has been sold. The painting, “Balance” came about from my habit of balancing garden rocks in my home. Despite the fact that they are an excellent reminder of the tremors we experience daily, when the rocks tumble noisily, the stacking is also a reminder to live a balanced life. The act itself is a form of mediation for me and has a very calming effect. I must calm my mind completely and concentrate on the rocks as I attempt to fit the two together so that they are in perfect balance. It is my hope that this print will act as a reminder to find calm moments in your life, as well.
