Purchase Terms of Agreement
The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.
We offer individual digital issues of the magazine each month, or subscriptions that are either non-recurring or recurring. The subscription rate provides for a savings of $89.40 per year. These are intangible digital products and are non-refundable after purchase.
Recurring Subscriptions are also non-refundable and subscribers may cancel at anytime during their subscription year. The subscription will cease at the end of the subscription year.
Payment + Refund Policy
All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through our payment gateway at PayPal. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored on our site during this process.
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on our site are non-refundable nor exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.
Screenprint Magazine reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.
Delivery of Goods and Services
If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact editor@screenprintmag.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
Transparency Statement
Federal law requires the following transparency. A personal subscription includes issues published in the year following purchase. A subscription grants the purchaser the right to use the content contained in the magazine for personal use only. Individual rate subscriptions are strictly for personal, non-commercial use only.
As such, unauthorized duplication, downloading, distribution or use of copyrighted material violates federal law. Circumventing copy protection tracking measures is strictly forbidden and is a federal crime. Under law, we must have your permission to communicate with you, which is granted by your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you also give up that permission, and the account will be closed at the end of your subscription.
