Art Dobie – Received his Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communication, specializing in Screenprint Technology, in 1980 from California University of Pennsylvania. Since graduating, Dobie has been with Sefar, Inc. and is now the Technical Marketing Manager for Sefar, Inc., located in Depew, New York.

Dobie is a Life Member and Fellow of the Society of the International Microelectronics and Packaging Society (IMAPS), and is the 2006 recipient of the IMAPS John A. Wagnon Technical Achievement Award for outstanding technical contributions to screen printing technology as related to microelectronics.
