Carol Burnside has been involved in the industry since 1979. Burnside is partners with Peter Kiddell in Product Decorating Services (PDS), a screen-printing and pad-printing consulting firm based in Barnsley, UK. PDS specializes in developing training packages to help companies fine-tune their production. She was formerly the technical director of a large subcontract print shop in Europe.
