Charlie Taublieb – A graduate of Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan, with a BS in Fine Art, majoring in painting and minors in printmaking and drawing, Taublieb continues to enjoy painting in his spare time. After graduating in 1976, Charlie owned Great American Screen Designs in Brooklyn, New York, an automated screen printing company. He later started Bullseye Screen Printing Supplies in Denver, Colorado, a screen printing supply company specializing in textile printing.
Today, Taublieb operates Taublieb Consulting in Greenwood Village, Colorado, specializing in technical screen printing consulting for textile printers. The company evaluates efficiency, productivity, and technology for financial improvement. He has worked with US, Europe, Asia, and Latin American shops. He has authored articles for many screenprinting trade publications.
Since 1980, Charlie has conducted workshops and seminars at shows and with distributors of screen printing products worldwide. He continues to conduct workshops and seminars at the Imprinted Sportswear Shows. Charlie also speaks and conducts workshops in the USA at the SGIA and DAX shows. He speaks at shows for FESPA throughout the world.
Charlie Taublieb is a technical screen-printing consultant with over 30 years in the industry. Charlie has worked in all aspects of the industry, from designing facilities to resolving technical problems. He is a contributing writer for several industry publications.
Taublieb is a 2004 inductee into the Academy of Screen and Digital Print Technologies (ASDPT).
