Michelle Moxley is the Director of Innovation for M&R Print Companies. She attended Penn Valley College (1997-2002) where she received her AA in Graphic Design. She then received a BFA in media arts, and both 2D and 3D animation at the Art Institute of Washington, DC. (2002-2005).

Michelle was previously the Research and Development Artist at Latitudes in Portland, Oregon (2004-2013), where she generated new development techniques for screenprinted garments, focusing mostly on Nike, and Jordan. She was with Fifth Sun in Chico, California, and was with New Buffalo Shirt Company in Buffalo, NY when they were purchased by Gildan. Prior to her current position with M&R Print Companies, she was the Research and Development Print Specialist with Gildan.

She has worked for top production companies, as well as with Virus Inks.

Michelle is a creative artist and printer, always on the cutting edge in garment decoration. Michelle is skilled in screenprinting, special effects printing, color separation, graphics, pre-press, digital printing, and textile printing.

Michelle is the recipient of several Golden Image Awards from the SGIA.
