Norman Wolcott started in the screenprinting industry in 1979 and first worked for Harshaw. Wolcott is the Chairman of the Board for Nor-Cote International, Inc. and has been with the company since 1985.

Norcote International, Inc. is a premier manufacturer of UV Curable Screenprinting inks and emulsions. They began as a one-man company in 1976 in the basement of a suburban home in Chicago. Norcote´s manufacturing facility is located in the U.S.A., with other facilities in the United Kingdom, Singapore, China, and Mexico, with distribution in numerous countries across the globe. Norcote was the first to supply the plastics industry with a viable UV Curable Screenprinting Ink in the early 1980s.

Since then, they have followed their customers to nearly every corner of the earth. Founded in Technology, Norcote innovates in UV Curable Screenprinting ink solutions.

Wolcott is a 1994 inductee into the Academy of Screen and Digital Print Technologies (ASDPT).
