Rick Roth – Rick started his career in the early 1970s, and eventually founded Mirror Image in 1988. He serves as President of the Pawtucket, Rhode Island company, a major award-winning shop for over 20-years. Mirror Image is located in a beautiful old mill building, which is a five-minute walk from Slater Mill, considered the birthplace of the American Industrial Revolution.

Mirror Image is proudly a union shop, UAW Local 1596, and proud of how they treat their workers. Rick takes great pride in taking home a paycheck less than anyone in his company.

Roth is also a regular contributor to the trade magazines as well as a major fund-raiser for needy causes. He is also the founder of the Ink Kitchen.

Rick has been an integral part of the decorated apparel industry for decades. With his artistry, curiosity and his drive for perfection, he opened new avenues for apparel decoration and helped elevate it to a craft.

In addition to his success in the decorated apparel industry, Roth is a force of good as a major supporter of several charitable organizations, such as the New Orleans Musicians’ Clinic, an organization he has supported for many years.

“I’ve tried to make the world a better place, whether the world in general or the world of screen printing, for that matter,” said Roth. “I think that resonates with people, and most people want to do good things.”
