Terrance “Terry” Kaiserman – Attended the Marion Insitute in Marion, AL, received his AA at Pensacola Junior College in Pensacola, FL, attended the University of Southern Mississippi and received his B.A. in Communications-Radio and Television at the University of South Florida in Tampa.

Currently, Kaiserman is the President/Chief Technical Officer for Colortronics Technologies. He directs all technical functions, including Research and Development, Internal Quality Assurance, Licensee and subcontractor Quality Assurance, Prototyping, Licensee Field support, Patent applications, intellectual property protection, systems and software development, vendor and contract manufacturing negotiations, and Sales technical support.

Kaiserman has also been associated with F&M Expressions as the Chief Operating Officer and Consultant, Engelhard/Colortronics as the Senior Vice President/Chief Technical Officer, T. Kaiserman Corporation as the President/Owner, Union Ink Company as the Technical Director, Transfermania Inc as Chairman of the Board/Senior Vice President, Custom Color, Inc, a printing ink manufacturer, as Chief Operating Officer/President, T-Mania, Inc, a textile decorating, dying and printing facility, as Senior Vice President, Inks, and Paints Jamaica, an offset and screen ink manufacturer, as Vice President, Epoch Handprints, a textile and wallcovering screen printing operation, as President/Owner, The Source Design, an offset printing, heat transfer, and textile printing operation, as Vice President, and Paul Kaiser Associates, as Vice President.

Kaiserman is a 2001 inductee into the Academy of Screen and Digital Print Technologies (ASDPT).

In his prior business years, Kaiserman was involved in significant projects that positively influenced the businesses where he was employed.

1977 – Made one of the first screen printing wallcovering water-based inks. Sold formula to Vivitone

1978 – Made the first water-based Screen printing pigmented heat transfer ink for Epoch Handprints

1980 – Formulated the first washable textile foil for Transfermania

1983 – Manufactured some of the first sublimation uppers for slippers for Transfermania

1984 – Manufactured one of the first non-sublimation panty hose printing inks for Transfermania

1984 – Made one of the first thermoset rhinestone adhesives for Custom Color

1985 – Manufactured the first foil resist 100% solids inks for Transfermania

1986 – Created textile ink color matching systems for Custom Color

1987 – Manufactured the first commercial marbleizing solutions for shirts for Custom Color

1991 – Made one of the first thermochromic plastisols for Union Ink

1994 – Made expanded gamut six color process “Hexachrome” Pantone Licensed inks for Union Ink

1994 – Made expanded gamut seven color process “Renaissance” licensed textile ink for Union Ink

1995 – Consulted on the first mail merge foil cap printing system on a Gestetner copy machine for Myron Industries

1996 – Made washable textile conductive ink in Silver and Carbon formulations for Engelhard/Colortronics

1998 – Created a clear conductor for textiles, paper, and plastics for Colortronics Technologies.

1999 – Created a system for single-layer heated color changing by electrical activation for Colortronics Technologies

2000 – Created a fabric membrane to allow for ink penetration to become part of a textile membrane switch for Colortronics Technologies
