Wim Zoomer (March 28, 1955 – December 22, 2022) was from Sibculo, Overijssel, Netherlands, eventually living in Loenen, Gelderland, Netherlands. He attended HTS Hengelo University.

Wim was a technical author and managed a consulting and communication business concerning all aspects of screenprinting technology for both graphic and industrial, including printed electronics applications.

He wrote advertorials, application stories, and success stories for various companies; he also wrote editorials for publication in several screenprinting and industrial technology magazines and on their corresponding websites.

Wim authored the book on architectural glass decoration processes entitled Printing Flat Glass.

He was a consultant for the European Screen Printing Manufacturers Association (ESMA). Zoomer served as a board advisor of the U.S. magazine Industrial + Specialty Printing (iSP) magazine.
