G. William (Bill) Hood, artist, author, columnist, educator, international consultant, photographer, and publisher.
As a self-professed creative he is the author of over 100 books and tens of thousands article on a wide variety of subject matter, including Art, Business, Mexico History, Photography, Psychology, Relationships and more.
Hood is the CEO of Bill Hood International Consulting, which trains, troubleshoots, problem-solves, enhances the performance, and building cultures of operations worldwide.
He is a Fellow of the Screenprint Process Technical Research Center, a Lifetime Member of the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association and a recipient of the prestigious Swormstedt Award for technical writing and the Joe Clarke Innovator in Screenprinting Award. Hood is an inductee into the Academy of Screen & Digital Print Technologies (ASDPT).
As an educator and consultant, he has traveled the world, visiting 163 countries to help others. Hood is a lifelong entrepreneur, having owned and operated many successful businesses, including his current publishing endeavors of Viva Cuernavaca, and three other monthly magazines.
He first arrived in Cuernavaca in 1991. After moving to Cuernavaca, he became involved in the Newcomers Club of Cuernavaca, and edited the monthly magazine until it ceased publication. Today, he splits his time between Cuernavaca and Austin, Texas, where his business ventures operate.
